When Panos worked as a structural engineer, he saw how little data engineers had for evaluating the condition of huge infrastructure assets. Many maintenance decisions depended on gut feelings, subjective visual inspections, and obsolete drawings. Panos founded Irmos Technologies to fix this: the company combines purpose-designed sensors with software for predictive analytics.

Irmos Technologies graduated from Venture Kick in 2023 and joined the Kickfund portfolio in 2024. The company's current focus is on bridges, where Irmos works mainly with public-sector clients. Another interesting application with traction is the maintenance of buildings in seismic areas. Irmos closed a financing round earlier, and now Panos wants to strengthen customer relationships by executing well before planning the next, larger round.
