Wanja Humanes, CEO
Wanja Humanes has been a venture capital investor since 2015. He was closely involved in the evolution of Swisscom Ventures from a traditional CVC investor to one of the globally leading telco venture capital firms with more than $500 million in commitments. Later he joined digital health growth investment firm MTIP as an investment director. Previously he was closely engaged with seven portfolio companies as a board member (four of which as an observer), including as a non-executive director for Bring! until its acquisition in 2021. Wanja Humanes holds a M.A. HSG in Business Innovation and is a CFA Level 3 candidate.

Lukas Alioth, CIO
Lukas Alioth has a professional background in both industry and private banking: for 16 years he worked in various international financial and operational positions at Ciba-Geigy and for 16 years as a senior client relationship manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin. In between he served as CFO of a venture capital fund and as a board member. Lukas Alioth holds a M.A. HSG in Finance and Accounting at the University of St.Gallen and a PhD in Management Sciences at the University of Basel.
Goran Radin, CRO
Goran Radin worked for 26 years in private banking for Swiss and international private clients. He held various management positions at Swiss banks, including Head of International Clients and member of the Executive Board of a Swiss private bank. In parallel, he has been active in various non-profit organisations for over 22 years. Goran Radin is the founder and CEO of Impact Partners, a consulting agency in the field of philanthropy and major donor fundraising. Goran Radin holds a degree of economics at the University of Basel.
